This outage was discussed in the thread [dns-operations] .PL DNSSEC broken again. The thread was created by Bert Hubert, co-author of PowerDNS and noted DNSSEC advocate and operator. The outage was acknowledged by Krzysztof Orfinger of NASK who stated, "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The NSEC3 chain is now operating properly."
