OpenDNS & DNS-OARC

OpenDNS does not support DNSSEC, while DNS-OARC unfortunately does, and thus, DNS-OARC's users saw SERVFAIL for queries under mg during this outage.

With OpenDNS, without DNSSEC, queries succeed:
