Compiling CurveDNS on OpenBSD (patch)

Here's a trivial patch to get CurveDNS 0.87 to compile on OpenBSD. It should work on other BSD systems as well. Note that FreeBSD has a port under dns/curvedns.

I'd also recommend this chroot patch (local copy) as well.
